If you are a new group and do not have a group registration number please contact the DCM of your district to register.
This form is for existing groups only.

You must fill in the old group and old GSR information. Only fill in the new information that is relevant.
If you have a new GSR but the group has not moved you do not need to enter anything under new group information.
These changes will be added to the confidential mailing list and forwarded to GSO.
You should also contact your District with the information you submit here.
If your group has moved or your meeting times have changed please contact your district webmaster.
