There are separate sign-in sheets for Past Delegates, Area Officers, Committee Chairs, and DCMs – Alt DCMs (
DCMs and Alt DCMs please use the sheet provided for DCMs and Alt DCMs only - Please do not also sign in on the individual District sheets, to help make our count correct, thank you.
If you do not have the ability to receive Minutes electronically and want a paper copy of them, do the following:
Instead of an email address in the column for email's on the sign-in sheets write the word ‘SNAIL’.
The cost of mailing these paper copies is approximately $4.50 per envelope, so if you can receive them electronically and want a paper copy or don't have the ability to print them, I will provide extra paper copies of the minutes at assembly. We have the ability to copy any of the documents you might need.
