Old Business:               1) Election of an Alternate Secretary. “Third Legacy”

2) Discussion Item “Once the budget is approved, expenditures made for projects included in that budget will not need subsequent approval by the Assembly.” Submitted by Cheri J.

New Business:             1) “That the Western Area of Missouri Chair appoint a committee with experience with and a working knowledge of our Western Area of Missouri Guidelines. (such as Past WAMO Delegates and Past WAMO Officers) To charge them with the duties of re-writing the Western Area of Missouri Guidelines, utilizing the current WAMO Guidelines as a guide. Their services would continue until this task is completed, not limited to a set time frame. They would meet in Sedalia on at least a monthly basis until completed and/or at Assembly dates. Their mileage would be reimbursed at each assembly in accordance with our 7^Th Tradition and not to exceed the Areas current standard. They would report their progress at said Assembly's. Upon completion of this revision they would introduce the new WAMO Guidelines to the body of the Assembly for approval.” Submitted by Janine B.
