    Announcements    
 
Please read you agenda carefully – due to requests of the both the GSRs and DCMs for more workshop time the assembly will be starting a little earlier on Saturday morning.

Archives will be working on the files from districts 8, 9 and 10 - please bring copies of any group info that you would like included in your group or district files.

Three officers of the Missouri State Convention Committee will be rotating after the convention in July – if you would like to serve as an officer on the Missouri State Convention Committee please bring a copy of your service history to the committee meeting on Saturday – the term will begin as soon as the 2009 convention is over and will last for 2 years – officers are required to attend not only the WAMO committee meetings at each assembly – but also the combined committee meetings with the Eastern Area in Jeff City, which happen at least once a quarter – mileage is reimbursed for the trips to Jeff City.

Two members of the WAMO Finance committee will be rotating at the end of 2009 – if you would like to serve on the finance committee for 2010/2011 please bring a copy of your service history and finance experience and give it to Charlotte P. at the June assembly – new committee members will be presented to the assembly in September for confirmation and will begin their term in January.
