Discussion about Western Area becoming a corporation to comply with
federal IRS and Missouri tax codes. Submitted by Carl

Discussion about investing our prudent reserve in a money market

ask that an Ad Hoc Committee be formed to review and revise the WAMO
guidelines and prior to approval the changes be sent
to all WAMO registered groups and that final approval of changes be
adopted by the Assembly when completed.
